JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Consultant

Market PEO and HRO services to businesses ranging from 10 employees to 1000 employees. Maintain and grow the client base by building relationships with insurance agents, individuals, associations, chambers, and existing clients.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Experience:  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required

  • The ability to consult with business owners and senior management
  • PC literate with the ability to create spreadsheets  and use the internet
  • Sales aptitude with a proven record of sales achievements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong prospecting ability
  • The ability to sell an intangible service
  • Working knowledge of payroll and insurance preferred

Education:  Formal schooling, training, or specialized knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Three or more years of related sales experience
