HR Account Manager

The HR Account Manager will serve as the liaison between clients and Fortune Business Solutions. The HR Account Manager will work with key personnel to address and resolve basic customer inquiries, in addition to developing and maintaining relationships. The purpose of this position is client satisfaction and retention. This position is primarily responsible for resolving escalated inquiries related to Client Implementation, Payroll, Benefit Plans, and Human Resources.

Job Qualifications

Experience:  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required

  • Basic knowledge of payroll in PEO industry
  • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to satisfy the needs of the customer, both internal and external
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact at all levels within FBS and with customers and vendors 
  • Ability to read, write, speak, hear and comprehend the English language
  • Working knowledge of computer software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Great Plains
  • Ability to use general office equipment, including a computer, calculator, typewriter, fax machine, copier and telephone
  • Ability to learn and perform new duties and responsibilities
  • Ability to work overtime as requested by management

Education:  Formal schooling, training, or specialized knowledge

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Professional in Human Resource (PHR) designation preferred
  • Professional License 2-15 Health, Life and Variable Annuity prefered
